In the midst of these guiding principles, we aim to promote a spirit of excellence among the players and the volunteer staff.
Minnesota Family Hockey Association is led by people of different Christian backgrounds. We affirm that the Word of God, which is contained in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, is the only rule to direct us how we may glorify and enjoy God. We believe the Apostle's Creed summarizes the articles of faith that are necessary for a Christian to believe. We recognize the Christian Church has been blessed by theologians, preachers and philosophers of different backgrounds...people such as Augustine, Luther, Calvin, Spurgeon, and C.S. Lewis to name a few. As such, we do not try to teach or espouse a particular doctrine through this program. We leave that to the capable hands of the Ministers of your respective congregations.
